In an apartment in Sejong City, a group of couriers refused to deliver to the house.
This is because the side of the apartment prevented the cargo vehicle from entering the ground for safety reasons.
This is not the first time this has happened.
Conflict between the delivery driver and the apartment, what happened in the end?
Reporter Kim Tae-wook covered it.

On behalf of the tenant representative meeting, if you pay the courier fee, you must deliver it to the home by any method, such as plane or rocket, and if you refuse to do so, you will be asked to file a claim.
This is the case because the courier drivers refused to deliver to the house on the 13th.
For security reasons, the apartment has been restricting ground access for courier vehicles since the time of the move in 2016, but this year the number of couriers soared due to Corona 19 and a conflict arose.
Courier drivers claim that moving vehicles and even furniture delivery vehicles are on the ground, but it is not reasonable that only delivery vehicles cannot enter for safety reasons.

As the conflict between the delivery driver and the residents escalated, the delivery in front of the house finally resumed after three days.
The apartment side requested the delivery in vehicles below the height of the underground parking at 2.3 m from the time of move, but said that the courier did not follow this and said that the courier was preparing a plan to use it by buying a electric cart.
[김재방/00 아파트 관리사무소장]“(Courier delivery) Let’s find a way in the place where all the dealership owners met, and if there is a good way, we will respond as much as possible, so we talk about electric cars and silver delivery service.”
After the case was featured on the local community site, dozens of comments were posted and there is a growing voice that both residents and delivery drivers must find a compromise where they can coexist.
