The opinions of the educational parties are very conflicting on the issue of the transfer of primary school care classes to local governments.

In the midst of this, the Chungnam School Non-Regular Workers Union (Chungnam Branch of the School Expenditure Union) held a press conference in front of the Chungnam Education Office on the 3rd and urged: “The Ministry of Education and the Office of Education should immediately stop transferring care classes to local governments that encourage privatization of care. ” Non-regular school workers also announced a general strike on November 6 through a press conference.

He also argued that “primary care should also be achieved through separate legislation, not through a legal basis through the revision of the Primary and Secondary Education Law,” he argued. “The national responsibility for care must be strengthened through the legislative transfer of school care to local governments.”
