The basic quarantine rules are rules that must be observed at all times in multipurpose facilities, regardless of the distance level. In addition to the four existing rules, such as wearing a mask, posting and guiding quarantine rules, managing a visitor list, periodic disinfection and ventilation, three additional rules have been added: prohibit food intake, restrict access to boxes symptomatic and designate a quarantine manager.
In the basic quarantine rules, when entering a multipurpose facility, it is mandatory to create an access list for all visitors. Until now, it was a principle to write them all, but in many cases, only one representative was written and registered as ‘another person’.
There are a total of 33 facilities to which the basic quarantine rules apply. Nine facilities, including sports stadiums, art galleries, museums and libraries, were added to the existing 24 key and general administration facilities. In these installations, masks must be worn and access lists must be completed.
No food is available in 21 of the 33 establishments. However, food can be consumed in subsidiary facilities such as restaurants or cafes, or in areas where food intake is allowed. Even in a PC room, you can eat food if there is a “” shaped partition.
Food consumption ban are grading / no painting rooms, direct sales promotion rooms, singing practice rooms, indoor standing performance rooms (above intensive management facilities), bathrooms, cinemas and show rooms, recreation rooms and multiple halls sports facilities, outdoor sports facilities, reading rooms and study cafes. Sports stadiums, PC cafes, academies, beauty salons (above general management facilities), religious facilities, casinos, bicycle races, races, horse races, art galleries, museums, libraries, exhibitions and fairs , massage shops and massage parlors (other facilities).
Quarantine management for martial arts and collateral will also be strengthened. In the future, the number of users will be limited to one for every 8㎡ (2.4 pyeong) in martial arts. The intake of food other than water or non-alcoholic beverages is also prohibited. When you dance in contact with the other person, you should wear a mask, and when you dance with other people, keep a distance of at least 1 meter.
In the non-metropolitan area, multipurpose facilities such as restaurants, cafes, indoor sports facilities, singing practice rooms, nightclubs and indoor stand-up performance halls can be operated without restrictions in business hours in accordance with the 1.5 step rule. There are no restrictions on the hours of operation of the entertainment facilities, Collate pubs and Hold’em, but in these facilities, as in the metropolitan area, all personnel, including visitors and workers, must complete an electronic access list .
