The revised bill of the Law on the Office of Investigation of Crimes of Senior Public Officials (Public Investigation Service) was approved by the Judicial Legislative Committee of the National Assembly (Committee of Judges) on the 8th.

The Judicial Committee held a plenary session this morning and voted on the amendments to the Air Transport Law by majority vote. Ho-joong Yoon, chairman of the Judicial Justice and Legal Affairs Commission, handled the bill with an expedited decision in just 7 minutes into the plenary session. The amendment was passed with the approval of 4 out of 6 members in the Ahn-Jin-jeong.

Before the bill was dealt with, Ho-young Joo fiercely protested against President Yoon, saying, “I have to keep the procedure even if I steal.” In the process, President Yoon, who was holding his right hand alongside the hospital’s chief representative, passed the bill by swinging the gavel with his left hand and tapping the desk three times.

This amendment to the Law of the Ministry of Aeronautics aims to reduce the quorum of resolutions of the Recommendation Committee of the Minister of Air Transport from 6 of 7 members to two thirds. Meanwhile, two members of the people’s force out of the seven-member nominating committee continued to exercise their veto (not total rights) in the process of compressing the candidates at the head of the airlift in two, and the decision was possible without the approval of the opposition party.

Along with this, the amendment included the content of making the requirements for prosecutors of the Ministry of Public Function more flexible to 7 years from the ‘current lawyer qualification for 10 years’, and eliminated a special provision that granted the Minister of Public Affairs right to request financing by partially accepting the opinions of opposition parties.

Members of the Popular Forces protested energetically that the approval of the amendment to the Air Transport Law should “be judged by history.” Representative Je-won Jang said, “Do it all yourself. As of today, there is no judicial committee ”. Representative Cho Su-jin accused him of being “the dictatorship.”

Representative Kim Do-eup, secretary of the opposition party of the Judicial Committee, met with journalists after passing the bill and said: “It does not matter how much the opposition party presents its opinions by order (instruction) of the House Blue, the Democratic Party goes on. We removed all the dog tags in front of the desks of each member of the judicial committee and returned them to President Yoon. “

Representative Kim said, “Now, the Democratic Party as a whole should subtract Democracy from the name of the party.”

The amendment to the Air Transport Law approved this time will be automatically proposed tomorrow (9), the last day of the ordinary National Assembly. As the nation’s power is only 103 seats, it is virtually difficult to prevent legislation from passing. Instead, the power of the people is a policy of responding to the plenary session with an obstructionism (unlimited discussion), so that the moment to approve the bill may be the day after tomorrow.

Ho-young Joo said, “How can I do such an embarrassing thing only after I don’t regard Korean people as dogs or pigs?” And shot.

Meanwhile, Justice Minister Chu Mi-ae attended the general meeting of the Judicial Committee on this day to share the moment of approving the revision of the Airborne Ministry Law. In the passport, there are also observations that the presence of Minister Chu will be highlighted if the airlift is inaugurated normally and subsequent legislation related to the tax reform is completed.
