[전국]Masks made in China, masks made in Korea were captured … “4 times profitable”

Due to a shortage of masks caused by Corona 19, a party that went from China to domestic was captured.

The import volume is only 20 million books, but it is not known exactly how much was distributed.

This is a merchandise storage warehouse in Gunsan, Jeollabuk-do in mid-June.

Masks and white boxes are scattered throughout the warehouse.

He was captured while doing the so-called ‘cash change’, which turns a Chinese dental mask into a domestic one.

Police confiscated 1,040,000 masks at the scene after an investigation by a nearby resident who was in the warehouse.

The police sent three of them, including Mr. A, in his 40s, to the prosecution as detained opinions on charges of violation of the Foreign Trade Law, and the remaining 15 as unsafe opinions.

As a result of the police investigation, it was found that the suspects made four times the profit by converting the Chinese masks, which were brought in at about 150 won per sheet, into domestic products and distributed for 600 won.

The total number of masks imported from China by these bands is approximately 22.1 million.

It is not known how many of these were distributed as domestic.

Furthermore, it is unknown to what extent the quality of the products distributed in China is due to the fact that they are manufactured domestically.

Accordingly, it is expected that further investigations will be required by the relevant agencies and actions that will be withdrawn or eliminated.
