Amid mounting public anxiety as cases of death after receiving flu shots, quarantine authorities announced test results for the vaccine recovered after white particles were found.

Although the results showed that there was no problem with the safety and efficacy of the vaccine, it was decided to discard the 610,000 recovered vaccines.
