Mr. A’s side touched the victim’s body and he admitted that he performed similar sexual acts, but claimed that there was no sexual intercourse. It is for the purpose of admitting forced harassment, but not rape. He also argued that the allegations that the victim suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder that required treatment for more than 6 months must be considered either by the actions of Mr.

Mr. A’s attorney refused to use the victim’s testimony at the investigating agency as evidence for the trial. For this reason, the prosecution decided to summon the victim as a witness on the following date.

Attorney Kim also showed confidence in proving the charges that Mr. A denies. He said: “The victim reported it on the day of the incident and has consistently made it known since the beginning of the investigation.” At the same time, he pointed out to Mr. A that “the basics of apples is admitting what they did wrong, but there was no proper apology about it.”

Mayor Park went into hiding on July 9, just after learning that he was accused of sexual harassment, and was found dead on a hill in Seongbuk-dong, Seoul. The victim’s side held a press conference after Mayor Park’s ceremony and said: “I continued to suffer damage from sexual harassment in the mayor’s office, etc. even after 4 years serving as secretary and I was appointed to other departments.” . With the suspect’s death, the sexual harassment case ended without the right to prosecution, and Seoul city officials are investigating allegations of aiding the sexual harassment.
