Amid excommunication by former President Kim Bong-hyun that some of the prosecutors who received 10 million won in alcohol, some prosecutors were in charge of the investigation of the Lime case, the Seoul Southern District Prosecutor’s Office was launched under investigation by the Ministry of Justice.

Former President Kim’s side was found to have refused to make a statement related to the prosecution.

In a phone call with YTN, former President Kim said that all relevant issues were already discussed in the prosecutor’s office of the Ministry of Justice for three days from the 16th, and asked if it was impossible to tell the content of the prosecution’s accusation of the Southern District.

Amid the investigation into the misconduct of prosecutors, there were allegations that they had read the original prison statement from ‘Kim Bong-hyun.

Lawyer Park Hoon wrote on his SNS that “the main opposition party politician from the prosecutor’s office” is “the closest friend of the former chairman of the Future Integration Party.”

He also mentioned that Kim Jang-gyeom was introduced to the ruling and opposition parties through former MBC Chairman Kim Jang-gyeom, and that a fellow investigator of former prosecutor Lee Ju-hyung took 50 million won in name of prosecutor Dae-jin Yoon’s lobby.

At the time, Prosecutor Yoon, who was in charge of the embezzlement of 16 billion won in Suwon passenger funds by former President Kim as Suwon District Prosecutor’s Office, immediately issued a rebuttal statement.

It was only a long time before the arrest of former President Kim, who had escaped, explained that the Suwon District Attorney’s Office has not been slow to request a warrant, as Kim claimed.
