North Korea recently unveiled its new ICBM ICBM, submarine-launched ballistic missile and SLBM in a feverish ceremony.

As it went through test shooting before and after the byeongsik fever and moved on to the actual deployment stage, it will likely go through a similar process.

For North Korea, the best time is between January 20 of the following year, when the new president takes office after the US presidential election next month.
