A 16-month-old baby died after being taken to the hospital with a bruised body. The exact reason for death was not yet known. However, there were reports of suspected abuse three times before, but all three times it was determined that it was not abuse and the police decided to investigate this again.

[기자]The first report was submitted to the police on May 25.
Three and a half months have passed since Ms. A was adopted.
A hematoma was found on the body of both A’s, who was 11 months old, and an agency specializing in child protection commissioned an investigation.
However, the police closed the case without charges of abuse.
A month later, in June, this time, a report came in that Ms. A was in the car.
At that time, the police also listened to his parents and imposed a “no charge” on them.
And on the 23rd of last month, a third report was received saying that the nutritional status of the child was not good.
I was a doctor at a local hospital.
Again, the police closed the case after hearing the parents say that “the child did not eat properly.”
And three weeks later, on the 13th, the boy lost consciousness and was taken to the hospital and died.
The Yangcheon Police Department said: “The three cases were investigated with experts” and “when the various circumstances came together, he was not in a position to admit that he was abused.”
The institution that adopted Ms A had already been aware of the abuse situation since May, but was unable to detect any special circumstances.

The police performed an autopsy on Ms A yesterday (the 15th) and the results will arrive in two weeks.
