US President Trump, who was diagnosed with Corona 19, is receiving antibody treatments along with remdesivir, an antiviral drug. Infections from close associates also continue. Following White House aide Higgs, former senior adviser Conway was also confirmed. Reporter Kim Tae-hyun’s report. President Trump has started taking remdesivir, an antiviral drug, to treat COVID-19. White House Physician Sean Conley (2nd night) says President Trump, who is hospitalized at Walter Reed County Hospital, has completed a single dose. Remdesivir was approved for emergency use by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as a treatment for Corona 19 in May. Dr. Conley explained that the president is in very good condition and does not need oxygen, but has made this decision in consultation with experts. Conley said that the day before, the biotech company ‘Regeneron’ had administered an 8g antibody treatment in development. President Trump posted his first tweet after being hospitalized the second night, saying, “I think I’m in good shape” and “Thank you all. I love you.” President Trump does not appear to be serious. The New York Times cited close associates who had a mild fever, cough, and a stuffy nose. There are also infections from Trump’s aide and the people around him. Former White House Senior Adviser Kelly Ann Conway, who was a key staff member, was also diagnosed with coronavirus. Conway, who was active in the presidential campaign four years ago as a polling expert, resigned in late August after serving as a senior White House adviser. Conway attended the White House nomination of Barrett’s new federal judge on Sept. 26, when a confirmed life case had already been reported. White House aide Hope Hicks, who previously tested positive, was not present at the event. YTN Taehyun Kim[[email protected]]is.
