By region, Busan was the highest with 38.0%, followed by Daegu and Gumi with 36.9%. Seoul also posted 30.03%, topping the 30% level in three regions. Also, 27.2% in the metropolitan area, 22.4% in Gwangju and 27.2% in Daejeon.
