A conservative group, which predicted a large-scale vehicle demonstration in central Seoul on the first day of the founding day, opposed the police notice of the ban and requested the suspension in court.

The court plans to call and question the organizers who requested to allow a face-to-face meeting tomorrow to determine whether they will accept the request for a stay of execution.

A conservative group, which had announced a vehicle rally on the first day of the foundation, filed a lawsuit against the police to cancel the ban on the assembly and filed a stay of execution.

This is the second time after the non-captain requested permission for a face-to-face meeting on the first day of opening day on August 15 after applying to the Seoul Administrative Court for a stay of execution.

Previously, the group informed the police that it would hold a protest in the form of a so-called “drive-through” in central Seoul with 200 vehicles mobilized on National Foundation Day.

However, when the police banned the vehicle demonstrations as they could lead to the spread of Corona 19, they decided to seek a court ruling.

The organizers argued that there was no risk of contagion because the participants would never leave the car and the police action was unfair.

Earlier this past weekend in Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do, groups of residents planned a march to gather 99 vehicles related to property policy, but it failed.

In response to the police notification of the ban on the meeting, they requested the suspension in court, but were dismissed.

The Suwon District Court ruled that the police ban was reasonable and said that even a set of vehicles could expose you to the risk of infection during preparation or dissolution.

Before the vehicle demonstration, the Seoul Administrative Court decided to call both the organizers and the police to question whether or not it would allow a face-to-face meeting of 1,000 people denounced by the non-captain on August 15.

The court is expected to conclude not only face-to-face meetings, but also whether or not it will allow vehicle rallies, at least before opening day.

At the time of Liberation Day, the court, which was criticized for increasing the dissemination of Corona 19 by allowing the assembly of some groups, is drawing attention to what kind of trial this time.
