Instead, the Democratic Party is emphasizing the “joint inter-Korean investigation.” Representative Lee Nak-yeon said, “I urge the North to quickly accept the proposal to jointly investigate all matters.” In opposition, it was interpreted that he is “trying to shift the center of gravity to a ‘joint inter-Korean investigation’ because adopting a resolution or questioning pending issues is onerous.”
