Consequently, the number of confirmed cases related to Park Ae-won increased to 38.

Of the 38 confirmed cases, 35 were admitted, 2 workers and 1 social services worker.

All 10 confirmed on the day were residents on the third floor, and 34 of the residents were confirmed on that floor alone.

Before the first confirmed person left on the 15th in Park Ae-won, there were 56 inhabitants on the third floor. During the last 9 days, 60% of the 34 people were confirmed.

Earlier on the 18th, Goyang City distributed and deployed residents to the third floor in cohort quarantine using the building’s third floor gym.

Dividers were installed in the gym to create 10 separate spaces, each with two beds.

However, on the third floor, additional confirmed patients show up almost every day.
