[기자]A big fire broke out a little while ago around 7:20 a.m., and the remaining fire is now being cleaned up.
It is reported that there has been no harm to human life as market traders and other officials were quickly evacuated.
The time the fire started is around 4:30 am today.

The place where the fire burns is the fruit market in Jegi-dong, Seoul.
The red flames keep rising upward.
Even from the side, the market is surrounded by flames, so you cannot see inside.
The fire is believed to have started in a chicken coop at Cheongnyangni Traditional Market and moved to the fruit market next to the market roof.
In all, 19 stores and a warehouse were burned.
It was investigated that this market did not have a sprinkler installed because it was not included in the modernization project.
When the fire broke out, the store’s fire detector sent an emergency text message to the merchants, and the merchants also found the flame and reported it to the fire department.
Due to the market structure, the stores are lined up in the fruit and vegetable market, and it is said that there is a storage warehouse within each store.
Fruits are known to be stored in this warehouse.
Because of this, the damage to market traders is not expected to be small before Chuseok.
Firefighting authorities lifted the first stage of the response when a major fire broke out, but the roof on the second floor of the market is reported to have collapsed, making the fight difficult.
Fire officials believe a fire has started in a freezer.
