Still, the court said “the evidence (of the bogus construction) is insufficient.” “The property of Woongdong Academy, a school corporation, cannot be disposed of, so there is no actual damage.” According to this statement, it means that Mr. Jo got divorced in disguise and even filed a lawsuit saying he would get ‘bonuses’ to no avail. To be innocent from the beginning, there is a suspicion that he has closed his eyes and used “legal skills”. Jo even gave runners money to flee abroad.
