A driver who was involved in a collision seven times while racing through downtown Haeundae in a hallucination of smoking cannabis was arrested.
The court issued an arrest warrant saying there was fear of a flight in light of the content and severity of the accident.

Mr. A acknowledged all the charges and the actual questioning lasted about 10 minutes.
