In the category of basic needs (nutrition and medical support, water and sanitation facilities, residential environment, security personal), Korea scored 96.9 points, ranking seventh in the same category as last year. However, in the well-being sector (basic knowledge, access to information and communication, health and well-being and environmental quality), it ranked 17th with 90.1 points and 86.1 points above the 25th position in the last year. In addition, in the area of opportunities (individual rights, individual freedom and choice, inclusion of social minorities, access to higher education), it rose to 22nd place with 80.1 points, 4 steps more than last year, which ranked 26th place with 73.9 points.
