[기자]There are 17 confirmed cases here at Sinchon Severance Hospital.
In the afternoon, no additional confirmed cases were reported.
The peculiarity of this group infection is that all 17 people have not been confirmed in one place, but group infections occur in two places in Severance Hospital.
First of all, there were confirmed cases of external partners preparing meals for patients.
Yesterday an employee of the provider was confirmed and so far 10 others, including other employees and the family of the confirmed patient, have tested positive.
Another group infection occurred in the rehabilitation hospital next to the main building.
Yesterday, three members of the hospital staff were confirmed, starting with a nursing assistant, and seven were infected, including a patient and a guardian.
However, the exact route of infection, such as the source of the infection and the link between the two groups of infections, has not been identified.
At the beginning of last month, a nurse was confirmed that she attended the Sarangjeil church and the Severance Eye Hospital was closed.
