At 8:30 am on the 7th, there were power outages in 23,000 households in Mugeo-dong, Nam-gu, 129 households in Hwangseong-dong, 117 households in Daebok-ri, Ungchon-gun, Ulju-gun, 4,155 households in Jinhari and 1,300 households in Hwasan-ri, Onsan. Since 5:05 pm the previous day, a high-voltage line came into contact with street lights in Hogye-dong, Buk-gu, causing power outages in 860 homes. In total, there are more than 30,000 households.

Also, due to heavy rains and rising sea levels, both sides of Asanro were controlled from 8:50 am. Previously, the three-way intersection in the direction of Seongan-dong was flooded on the highway between Okdong and Nongso, making passage difficult. At 8:50 a.m., the Ulju-gun Unmun Tunnel was controlled due to flooding in Cheongdo, Gyeongbuk. In addition, the intersection of the Onsan Water Quality Project Improvement Center, the lower ramp of the Ipam intersection, the entrance to Samdong-ro Hajam village, and the road at the north end of the Beonyeong Bridge are also controlled by floods.
