After Typhoon Mysak No. 9 on Day 3, a massive power outage occurred again in Ulsan due to Typhoon Hisun in 4 days.

According to the city of Ulsan, at 10 am on the 9th there were 11 power outages. At 8:30 am on the 7th, there were power outages in 23,000 households in Mugeo-dong, Nam-gu, 129 households in Hwangseong-dong, 117 households in Daebok-ri, Ungchon-gun, Ulju-gun, 4,155 households in Jinhari and 1,300 households in Hwasan-ri, Onsan. Since 5:05 pm the previous day, a high-voltage line came into contact with street lights in Hogye-dong, Buk-gu, causing power outages in 860 homes. In total, there are more than 30,000 households.

There was also a blackout at the police office. Three of the four Ulsan police stations were shut down due to the latest Typhoon Mysak, but this time, two police stations were closed. Following the last Typhoon Myssac, the eastern police station was temporarily shut down again at 9:05 am. Previously, the Ulju Police Station was temporarily closed at 10:10 pm on the 6th. Both police stations were not interrupted by emergency power generation. The Ulju-gun Seosaeng Police Box is currently being restored due to a power outage at 7:20 AM, and the Cheongnyang Police Box has been locked for 5 minutes starting at 8:45 AM.

Power outages also occurred at the Administrative Welfare Center in Ujeong-dong, Jung-gu and the Gwaknam Market in Byeongyeong 1-dong.

There are also several accidents occurring. The number of complaints filed by 112 police, including damage to homes and vehicles, and signal failures, was 187, and 763 complaints of damage and rescues were received at 10 am the same day. Trapped elevator accidents and signaling failures happen everywhere.

Road control is also being carried out. At 7am on the 7th, both sides of the Ulsan Bridge were checked. Also, due to heavy rains and rising sea levels, both sides of Asanro were controlled from 8:50 am. Previously, the three-way intersection in the direction of Seongan-dong was flooded on the highway between Okdong and Nongso, making passage difficult. At 8:50 a.m., the Ulju-gun Unmun Tunnel was controlled due to flooding in Cheongdo, Gyeongbuk. In addition, the intersection of the Onsan Water Quality Project Improvement Center, the lower ramp of the Ipam intersection, the entrance to Samdong-ro Hajam village, and the road at the north end of the Beonyeong Bridge are also controlled by floods.

In particular, the Nakdong River Flood Control Center issued a flood advisory on the Taehwa River at 8:40 am.

Previously, the city of Ulsan banned access to the coastal area at 3 am when the typhoon warning was issued. In particular, evacuation was recommended in the Gangdong coastal area in Buk-gu, as an overpass was expected.
