According to police on the 4th, conservative groups such as Free Solidarity and the Freedom Liberation Headquarters in Seoul on the 3rd of the following month, the first day of the year, reported a rally of just thousands and up to 30,000. In front of the Kyobo building, the Gwanghwamun KT building, in front of the Citizen’s Open Madang and near the Gyeongbokgung station, Free Solidarity reported 2,000 people each to the Jongno Police Station in Seoul on this day (Gaecheonjeol).

Furthermore, our Republican Party’s “Millions of Innocent Liberation Headquarters” reported on a demonstration of 30,000 people near Sejong-ro and the Hyoja Security Center. The progressive People’s Democratic Party also reported 100 people in front of the KT building in Gwanghwamun. The Headquarters of the Taegeukgi National Revolutionary Movement (national version) and the Headquarters for the Liberation of 10 Million Innocents informed the Namdaemun Police Station in Seoul that they would hold an assembly of thousands of people near the Euljiro station area.

The police banned all reported meetings. Since the city of Seoul previously prohibited the gathering of more than 10 people in the city center, the police also announced that if the meeting was enforced, they would block it from the assembly stage.

However, even with the police notice to ban the gathering, conservative groups can try to hold an outdoor gathering by asking the court to suspend the notice of the ban on outdoor gatherings, such as the last demonstration of the Day of the Liberation.

Meanwhile, posters related to the October 3 rally are spreading on social media and online communities. The poster is titled ‘Again on October 3 at 2 PM Free Right Gathering’ and ‘Preparing for a speaker by each carrier amplification team to travel without a stage. It contains phrases like “mobile phone off”. The Free Right and the Republican Party explained that the cartel was not related to them.
