[기자]Yes, the news of an additional 19 crown confirmed at Asan Hospital in Seoul, one of the top five hospitals in Korea.
Earlier yesterday, a cancer patient in her 50s who was hospitalized on the seventh floor of the hospital was confirmed, and 5 more people, including 2 patients and 3 guardians on the same floor, were confirmed to be infected.
As a result, 6 cases of Corona 19 have been confirmed at Asan Hospital in Seoul so far.
The route of infection has not yet been identified.
When a confirmed case occurred yesterday at Asan Hospital in Seoul, more than 200 people, including patients from the same ward, guardians and medical staff, were taken to the quarantine room for examination.
Those who went to and from floors 7 and 8 of the East Building, where the first confirmed person was hospitalized, were the targets.
Movement restrictions were imposed on both floors, but first, except for the confirmed additional 5, all were found to be negative.
Seoul Asan Hospital plans to discuss areas that need additional quarantine and investigation of the infection route with the epidemiological investigation team.
First of all, it is believed that the chance of an additional infected person coming out after a full examination on floors 7 and 8 is not high, but there is no sense of tension.
As the number of confirmed cases increased and concerns grew about the medical work that was still causing disruptions, some of the older hospital staff who had adhered to group leave also decided to return to Corona 19 response work.
The Seoul Asan Hospital Major’s Emergency Response Committee said that among the 500 people on strike who are on strike to prevent a disruption in the response to Corona 19, essential medical personnel who are concerned about a medical staff gap have decided to voluntarily return to medical service.
