Korean health supplements like vitamins and red ginseng products were also popular. The reaction was particularly hot in China. Exports of red ginseng extract to China increased by 232.2%, and exports of vitamins to the public increased by 35.7%.

In the United States, which suffered from a shortage of toilet paper, the focus was on Korean bidets. Bidet exports to the United States in the first quarter were $ 76,000, an increase of 4,019% over the same period last year.

In the European Union (EU), national medical supplies became popular. Exports of blood pressure monitors and thermometers increased by 68.9% and 126.1%, respectively, compared to last year, and exports of pharmaceuticals (111.2%) and diagnostic kits (105.4%) also doubled.
