Among the 12 parcels that LH employees bought for market profit, this is the first land in Mujinae-dong, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do.

Because it is not connected to a highway and there is no access road, it is called a “blind paper” with little land use.

However, as a result of the YTN coverage, it was discovered that Park Mo, a second-class employee who works as a compensation specialist in LH’s public relations team, also brought his wife and subordinates to buy the place.

Park, who was working as the director of the LH Gwacheon Uiwang Project, bought the land with his wife, who worked at the LH Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters.

We also bought a third-level employee, Deputy General Manager Kang Mo, who was also a subordinate, and Mr. Kang’s wife is also a co-name.

The trading price alone reached 1.94 billion won.

It is known that if it is sold at the current market price, a profit of around 1.3 billion won can be expected.

Siheung is in charge of the Incheon regional headquarters, and the compensation specialists who are in charge of Uiwang in Gwacheon, next door, mobilized their spouses to buy a large amount of land.

It was revealed that the couple, Deputy Principal Kang Mo, also bought the land in Gwarim-dong, Siheung, two years later.

The great speculation between the LH staff and the couple didn’t stop there.

A 4,000 m2 lot in Gwarim-dong, Siheung, bought by other employees.

Moo Jung, an employee of the Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters, who has been appointed co-designator in this land, and Mo Park, the second-level branch manager of the Gwangju Jeonnam Regional Headquarters, are also a married couple.

Experts believe that employees may have become a community where they share information and invest in the work they have acquired.
