Lee Yong-soo wants to reveal some aspects of the controversy that has taken place in our Korean society since the press conference on May 7.
First of all, to create a society in which the pains of the grandmothers that I have experienced and the brutality of Japan that has experienced the same as the whole body, the crimes and official apologies of Japan, the author of the country, are not repeated the facts and legal remedies of the time. I express that formal punishment for Korea and legal and institutional mechanisms to prevent future recurrence must be in place to restore the honor and human rights of victims, including myself.
For the past 30 years, I have been doing many activities in conjunction with the Jung Dae-hyup Counsel for Countermeasures and the Memory of Justice Association. Meanwhile, through activities, the problem of the comfort of female victims should be avoided, not only at the national level, but also at the global level, and the deconstruction and wasteful debate on the achievements that led to empathy, participation and action that all humanity should never have again. I would like to say a few things on the premise.
First, apart from the responsibility of the perpetrating country, this problem-solving process requires a perspective that prepares the future history for the establishment of a solid exchange relationship between the people of Korea and Japan. In this sense, I believe that education for students in both countries is important. We hope that activities such as exchanges and joint actions between students will be expanded that will build the future relationship between the two countries. We hope that this process further extends the value of human rights and peace.
Secondly, I believe that a process is necessary to overcome the errors in business methods that have arisen in the process of fighting to reveal the truth over the past 30 years. This is not a process of criticizing someone, but a business method suitable for the current era, a process of responsible execution and a process with which everyone can sympathize through transparent disclosure. I think we should focus on promoting the necessary projects, not the new ones, and organizing the results so that anyone can easily understand and empathize with the process.
Third, regarding the agreement between Korea and Japan during the Park Geun-hye administration in 2015, the content of government public opinion and its contents, as well as conversations with government officials of Dae Dae officials- hyeop, they must be disclosed immediately to restore the confidence of our society. . There is nothing to contribute for us with the assumptions, accusations and unfounded prejudices raised by the existing media. I think we should reveal the whole consensus process based on our people’s beliefs and solve problems based on people’s evaluation.

I believe that pain is not healed by other pain, but is healed by the heart that surrounds itself and worries.

I hope that the achievements we have made with proud people are a stepping stone to achieving human rights and peace, reconciliation and forgiveness, solidarity and harmony that are common values in our society.
