In October last year, the director of a child care center said he had abused a 4-year-old boy. Before the trial, it turned out that he instructed his teacher to find the CCTV footage the boy was using to obtain evidence in his favor. However, more suspicions of abuse arose. Reporter Da-yeon Kim exclusively reports. In September of last year, Ms. A, who was 4 years old at the time, returned from daycare with blood on her lips. The principal said he was not listening and the principal was hit by fire, but CCTV control showed another teacher throwing a child to the ground. The two were handed over to the family court and Ms A received psychological treatment. However, the CCTV that the parents claimed also contained abuse from the same teacher about a month ago. During nap time, when the child is not sleeping and is not in class with a friend sitting next to him, he grabs his arm tightly and puts his hand on his head. They also grab toys to play with. It is known that this video was intended to be presented as evidence to emphasize that the director was disciplinary, not abuse, at trial. Teachers testify that they were instructed to collect and edit the scenes of the boy’s problem. I contacted the nursery and the director to confirm the facts, but could not hear the position. Before the trial, the parents learned that there was more abuse and the parents were angry. It was possible to know after a month of CCTV surveillance, but the initial police investigation was inadequate. The parents of the victims plan to sue the police against the teachers for the new situation of abuse.
