The measures to prohibit the gatherings that were applied to the academies and classrooms of the metropolitan area will be partially relaxed from day 4. It was decided to allow face-to-face classes if the number of teachers at the same time remains at 9 or less while the rules are met quarantine.
The Central Headquarters for Disasters and Security Countermeasures (intermediate script) decided to apply social distancing to the 2 and 3 to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection (Corona 19) until the 17. It said it will be extended for two weeks.
In accordance with this, the Ministry of Education announced that it will be implemented from midnight on the 4th to 12 noon on the 17th, complementing some of the rules of the academies and classrooms in the metropolitan area.
The Ministry of Education, in principle, is subject to a group ban on academies and classrooms in the metropolitan area, but has decided to allow face-to-face classes if the number of teachers is less than 9 at the same time.
However, according to the quarantine guidelines of step 2.5 of social distancing, △ limit the number of people to one for every 8㎡ or raise two seats △ the prohibition of the consumption of food, etc., should be followed, and the operation must stop from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am the next day.
The government raised social distancing in the metropolitan area to 2.5 steps from the 8th of last month, and applied preventive measures to ban meetings from the third step of distancing from the local academy and school.
To prevent the spread of the infection among the very young, partial face-to-face classes were allowed only in academies and classrooms that provide vocational training to students to prepare for college admission or job training.
The Ministry of Education explained that it was determined that most schools started vacations and could generate a gap in care, and to compensate for this it allowed some face-to-face classes in academies and classrooms.
The Education Ministry said that academies and classrooms that are excluded from the collection ban in the metropolitan area must accept unannounced inspections, and if they violate quarantine rules, a notice should be placed on the entrance door stating that they agree with the assembly ban.
In addition, the Ministry of Education plans to operate a reporting center to verify facilities suspected of violating quarantine regulations at all times.
