The number of confirmed local outbreaks decreased by 112 compared to the previous day (1216). In the area where the confirmed cases were found, 762 people in the metropolitan area, including 457 in Seoul, 250 in Gyeonggi and 55 in Incheon.
In the non-capital region, Chungnam 61, Chungbuk 38, Jeonbuk 37, Gangwon 35, Gyeongbuk 33, Gwangju 27, Busan 26, Jeju 24, Gyeongnam 22, Daegu 13, Daejeon 11, Ulsan 8, Jeonnam 6 people, Sejong 1 person. There are a total of 342 confirmed cases in the non-metropolitan area, which continues to be around 300 every day.
In one major case, a total of 514 people were infected with a stack of 297 additional confirmed cases related to the Eastern Detention Center in Seoul the day before.
In the Gyeonggi area, a total of 163 people were infected in Hyoplus Nursing Hospital in Bucheon City, and 24 people tested positive in Paju City nursing homes.

Ten of the confirmed cases were confirmed during quarantine at the airport or port. The remaining 18 tested positive for self-isolation in residential or temporary housing facilities in Seoul (9), Gyeonggi (5), Busan, Gwangju, Gangwon and Gyeongbuk (1 each).
When local outbreaks and foreign inputs are combined, Seoul has 466 inhabitants, Gyeonggi 255 and Incheon 55 and 776 inhabitants. Nationwide, there were confirmed cases in 17 trials on the fourth day.
The number of deaths increased by 20 per day to 793 people. The average death rate in Korea is 1.42%.
The number of tests per day the day before was 358, which was 27,089 less than the 57,147 the day before.
