With the final decisive battle between Justice Minister Choo Mi-ae and General Yoon, a similar hearing is expected to take place in this interrogation.

The Twelfth Division of the Seoul Administrative Court (Deputy Judge Hong Soon-wook) initiated a second interrogation on the case of a request for stay of execution of President Yoon against Minister Chu starting at 3 p.m. on the 24th.

Yoon was not present again, and on Yoon’s side, special lawyers Seok-woong Lee and lawyers Wan-kyu Lee and Gyeong-sik Son appeared. Lawyer Seok-woong Lee met with reporters in front of the court and explained to the court’s further investigation: “What is the urgent and irreparable damage, what is the urgent need, and what is specifically about not going against the welfare public?”. .

On behalf of the Ministry of Justice, attorney Lee Ok-hyeong represented the charge. Before assisting this lawyer, he also said: “Explaining about the procedural defect, that there is no vice”, and “there is sufficient basis for disciplinary action.”

Previously, the legal representatives of the Ministry of Justice and President Yoon submitted all the answers to the additional questions requested by the court immediately after the first interrogation. Both parties are known to have submitted separate legal data on the disciplinary committee procedure, in addition to matters requested by the judiciary, as the additional parties will be presented on the site after an internal discussion.

The legal community hopes to expand and analyze the issues that will be controversial in the main subject even on the second questioning. After dismissing the request for stay of execution, the disciplinary provision was canceled after Yun was unable to serve as president for two months and his term ended. This is interpreted to avoid a situation where the conclusion is not found. Deputy Judge Hong Soon-wook also said at the first questioning: “This stay of execution case is practically no different from the original trial.”

In general, in case of suspension of execution, the results do not take long to come out.
