Meanwhile, Mr. A, who was arrested, was in a position to be evicted from the apartment, as a problem was revealed in his own investigation by the Seoul Urban and Housing Corporation (SH Corporation).
According to Nowon-gu, this apartment is a rental apartment managed by SH Corporation, and the meeting of the tenant representative informed SH Corporation in September about Mr.
SH Corporation, which initiated the investigation, confirmed that Mr. A had intervened in various management office matters, such as personnel matters and ambushed security guards.
After that, SH Corporation informed Mr. A to terminate the contract for breach of management rules and to move within 6 months.
In addition, for two years, from November 2018 to October this year, the apartment consignment management company discovered that the amount of the wrongful execution amounted to 30 million won and requested a refund.
An official from SH Corporation said, “This is the first time that Representative Dong has committed an eviction order due to misconduct and various irregularities,” he said.
