Since the power of the people shows favorable sentiment towards Congressman Geum Jeon, there is a possibility that open primaries will be empowered if Congressman Geum feels the burden of joining the party as Rep. Ahn.

The power of the people began with the work of deciding the nomination rules for self-selection. The Chairman of the Nomination Management Committee, Jeong Jin-seok, said in a call the same day: “CEO Ahn did not suggest a specific plan, and we can go according to our schedule.” Representative Ahn also drew a line that it was not a stage to discuss detailed scenarios with the power of the people.
The registration date for Seoul mayoral candidates is March 18 and 19 next year. The three-month battle for a single conservative candidate has just begun.
