Consumer Centered Management (CCM) certification is a system that the FTC certifies when evaluating whether a business understands all business activities that provide consumer-centric products or services.

In the second half of 2020, the number of CCM certified companies amounted to 185, including 22 companies that introduced CCM for the first time and 61 companies that were recertified for CCM operation.
