Six of the dead were found to have died during quarantine in a cohort (same group) in two nursing hospitals, including Bucheon Hyo Plus Nursing Hospital (5), where the group infection occurred.

One of the remaining two died during treatment at Seongnam City Medical Center, and one died during treatment at Namyangju Hyundai Hospital after being confirmed on the 14th.

On this day, 249 new confirmed cases of Corona 19 were counted in the Gyeonggi area, and at 0 o’clock, the confirmed cumulative number was 11,702. The number of new confirmed cases is 244 local outbreaks and 5 foreign entries.

There were 11 people related to Paju wellness facilities (12 people accumulated), 7 people (12 people) related to Pocheon golf course, Anyang religious facilities (35 people accumulated in the province), and 1 person each at the Gunpo Day Center (43 people accumulated).

Gyeonggi-do said, “In accordance with the rapid increase in confirmed cases, we are concentrating our administrative power on securing critically ill beds for nursing homes and national university hospitals through emergency administrative orders.”
