The number of cases of confirmed patient transfers to other cities and provinces is increasing, but getting beds is only slow.

On the 16th, a confirmed male patient in his 80s died at a nursing hospital in Bucheon during a group quarantine.

After being confirmed on the 12th, he died while waiting for a bed assignment for four days.

Gyeonggi-do and Bucheon-si reported that they continued to request hospital beds after the diagnosis, but were not assigned, and that the condition worsened and she died.

Prior to this, two 70-year-old men who were confirmed on the 11th also died while waiting in bed on the 13th and the 14th, respectively.

Since there are no hospital beds, the number of cases being transferred to other areas is increasing.

There were 13 patients who were transferred from Gyeonggi-do to Mokpo City Medical Center in Jeonnam, all of them mildly.

After sending six people on the 11th, it was the second time that Jeonnam-do realized the shortage of beds in Gyeonggi Province and proposed it first.

Gyeonggi Province is struggling to operate a home care system, but it is not enough to secure beds.
