It was confirmed that the head of the anti-corruption force Shin Seong-sik, who attended as a member of Attorney General Yoon Seok-yeol’s disciplinary committee, which continued until the early morning of the 16th, abstained from the disciplinary vote against Yoon.

Director Shin said that the six disciplinary charges (judge’s document, Channel A case, etc.) brought by Justice Minister Choo Mi-ae were “the charges are not recognized.” Prosecutor Shin is known as ‘Chu Mi-ae Line’, who was appointed by Minister Chu and served as a member of President Yoon’s disciplinary committee.

Around 4 a.m. that day, Interim Chung revealed to the media that “the two-month suspension of President Yoon’s suspension was decided unanimously by the members,” and criticism of the new prosecutor was infested within the prosecution.
