The spread of the crown rarely shows signs of sinking and is severely affecting domestic demand by the end of the year.

The government plans to support the vulnerable, including small business owners, before the Lunar New Year holidays next year, using the 3 trillion won from the third disaster relief fund.

The quarantine situation worsens day by day, with the corona19 number confirmed to more than 600 people a day.

With the stage of social distancing hard to wait for by the end of the year, the pain for small business owners is mounting.

Consequently, the government is also pushing ahead with preparations for the third disaster support fund, worth 3 trillion won, obtained from next year’s budget.

The third disaster support fund will focus more on supporting small businesses that were directly affected by the group ban order.

Compared to the first disaster grant previously provided to all citizens, the second disaster grant, which includes primary care expenses and the job maintenance grant, the payment targets have been further lowered.

Prior to this, it is a policy to further increase the size of the budget, if necessary, using the execution balance of the new desired funds and the additional surplus resources for small businesses organized by the fourth supplement.

The government aims to run disaster support funds ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday in February next year.

However, as the damage is still spreading, it will take a little longer to select specific targets and determine payment methods.
