Corona 19 is the most serious situation this year in the metropolitan area with 500 ~ 600 confirmed cases every day.

As the sense of crisis grew, downtown Seoul was on the weekend.

Autonomous business owners cannot hide their confusion as the Seoul Metropolitan Government has introduced measures to prevent super-precipitation according to stage 2.5.

On weekends, Gyeongbokgung gets very crowded.

The chairs for reading books were empty in several places and fewer people remained on each shelf.

It looks different from last weekend, when the bookstore outing crowds increased as the weather cooled down.

[서점 관계자 : 주말 이 시간치고는 적은 편이에요. 평소는 더 많죠. 아무래도 코로나나 이런 것 때문에….]

Citizens who have gone out after worrying just look at their business and go home.

[권민아 / 서울 신도림동 : 코로나가 요즘 심해져서 걱정이 있었는데 마스크랑 기본적인 손 소독 깨끗하게 하고 주변 근방에만 잠깐 (나왔어요.)]

The crowd disappeared everywhere, as if it were a weekend.

Small business owners and the self-employed have deepened their concerns.

This is because public facilities such as performance halls and museums have been suspended for the time being in accordance with the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s emergency quarantine measures, and general management facilities such as markets, cinemas and PC rooms over 300 m2 are only open until 9 pm
