There were 14 fewer people than the day before, but there are still about 500 people.

More than 500 people were at the same level in early March, when the first pandemic occurred in Daegu and Gyeongbuk.

The confirmed cumulative number was 32,887.

Regarding the route of infection, national outbreaks were 525 and foreign entries were 44.

There are also many domestic events in the metropolitan area.

There were 204 in Seoul, 112 in Gyeonggi and 21 in Incheon, with 337 in the metropolitan area alone.

In the non-capital area, Gyeongnam is the largest with 38 people, Chungnam has 31, Busan and Jeonbuk have 24, Chungbuk has 19 and Gwangju has 13.

There were confirmed cases in 16 provinces across the country, except Daegu.

A total of 44 people were confirmed, including 31 people who came out of the quarantine stage.

Also, the number of deaths yesterday increased by 1 and the cumulative death toll was 516.

The number of patients with severe gastric disorders was 77, 1 less than the previous day.

Prime Minister Jeong Sye-gyun told a critical script meeting this morning that the number of confirmed cases exceeded 500 for two days in a row.

He also noted that recently, the number of infection cases among young people is increasing rapidly and the rate of spread is increasing.

Furthermore, he emphasized that the distance between the metropolitan area was raised at step 2 and the Honam area at step 1.5.
