Ventilation in all test rooms after the end of each class
Students confirmed or quarantined with coronavirus infection (Corona 19) prior to the College Academic Aptitude Test (SAT) on the 3rd of next month must report to the competent education office.
On the 25th, the Ministry of Education announced the ‘Notices for Examiners’ containing such content. This year, items for quarantine management were added to reflect the Corona 19 situation.
At the preliminary call on the 2nd of the following month, one day before the SAT, examinees must attend to receive an admission ticket and confirm the location of the test site. Due to the COVID-19 quarantine, you cannot enter the test site building on the day of the preliminary call. Candidates for confirmation or quarantine can receive an admission ticket through an immediate family member or an acquaintance who can prove their relationship.
The day before the SAT, the public health center plans to first perform a corona19 diagnostic test on examinees and report the result that day. If you want to have a diagnostic test, it must be done in a nearby public health center, not in a hospital (screening clinic).
A Ministry of Education official said: “Confirmed and quarantined candidates cannot take the test on a test site other than the test site that has been separately guided,” he said.
The Ministry of Education plans to inform all test takers of the crown’s 19 confirmation requirements and quarantine them via text message on a mobile phone on the 26th of this month and the 1st of the following month.
On the day of the SAT, admission must be completed from 6:30 am to 8:10 am. Before entering the room, all examinees should measure their body temperature and wear a mask. In particular, mesh and valve-type masks that have a poor anti-splash effect should not be used. It is a good idea to bring an extra mask in case of loss, contamination, or damage.
Upon receiving a request for identification, the examinee must cooperate, such as lowering the mask for a time and showing his face to the supervisor. If you do not respond, you may be considered a cheat.
On the day of the test, not all electronic devices are allowed to be brought to the test site. Only analog watches without communication / payment (Bluetooth, etc.) and electronic display (LCD, LED, etc.) are allowed. However, hearing aids, blood glucose meters, etc. that require a personal physical condition or medical attention may be brought after prior confirmation from the Office of Education.
During the test in the area of inquiry in the 4th class, you only have to look at the questions corresponding to the optional subjects. If you view a quiz for electives other than the corresponding electives, or view a quiz for two or more courses at the same time, it is treated as a cheat.
They should refrain from meeting and talking to each other during breaks and abide by quarantine rules, such as eating lunch in their own seats during lunch. People should prepare separate water for drinking. Considering the ventilation in all labs after the end of each class, care must be taken to stay warm, such as wearing a coat.
Instructions for test takers can be found on the website of the Ministry of Education and the Korean Institute for Curriculum Assessment.
