Before the announcement of the government’s jeonse plan, a general scheme is emerging, such as a plan to renovate the hotels for residential use and provide them with a monthly jeon rental.

Given that low-effectiveness negative reactions have already emerged, it should be noted whether a countermeasure will be prepared to quell Jeonse’s worst crisis.

Together with the representative of the Democratic Party, Lee Nak-yeon, a rough outline of measures to supply up to 100,000 households has been revealed before the announcement of the previous generation plan.

The first option was LH and SH Corporation’s plan to charter purchased houses or public rental houses, which were mentioned multiple times in their passports, and later said they would convert offices, commercial buildings and hotels to residential use.

Not only is renovation expensive, but if you buy a hotel in a place equipped with the surrounding infrastructure, the cost is also negligible, making it difficult to obtain funds.

Even if you spend a lot of money and make it a home, it is the one-bedroom type so it can fit one or two people, but it is not what a 3-4 person wants.

Former People’s Power member Yoo Seung-min also said that he was stunned via SNS, asking who would see this as a solution, asking him to reinstate it from the Third Leasing Law.

In the end, it is pointed out that there is no other forceful measure than to supply enough small and medium-sized apartments in areas with residential infrastructure to solve the jeonse crisis, which is becoming the worst.
