[앵커]Starting on the 30th of this month, government regulations will be greatly strengthened, such as recovering the loan if a person who has received more than 100 million won in credit loans buys a home within a year. In just five days after this regulation was announced, credit lending increased by more than 1 trillion won.
There are a crowd of people who are trying to do the so-called ‘last spirit’ before regulation, but reporter Kim Joo-young reported on the site just how far it went.

“I thought like this in late December or early next year. I was very surprised when the (government) told me to do it at the end of November. The contract is immediately terminated.”
On the 13th, when the government announced that it will recoup the loan if you buy a home within a year after receiving more than 100 million won in credit loans, the demand for the so-called ‘last credit loan’ rushes until the 30th , which is the grace period.
In fact, in the five days since the government announcement until yesterday, credit loans from five commercial banks increased by KRW 1.1 trillion.
Loan loans increased by 6,622 billion won through November 12. This is an unusually large scale for an increase of only five days.
