With over a thousand new confirmed cases in Korea, President Moon Jae-in held the COVID-19 Disaster and Security Countermeasures Headquarters meeting on the weekend.

President Moon, who diagnosed this as the biggest crisis since Corona’s arrival in Korea, said that the third step update is the last resort and, if deemed unavoidable, he must make a bold decision.

President Moon also expressed his determination to respond in full force to this crisis with the success or failure of K-Defense.
