China Moves Closely With US Allies Due To Delay In Regime Change

Since President-elect Biden is, in effect, openly verifying the China-led RCEP system, there are observations that Wang Yi, China’s foreign minister, will be going on a tour of Korea and Japan later this month.

The Chinese government’s steps toward the gap between the Korea-US-Japan triangular alliance are expected to accelerate further during the period of regime change before the inauguration of the Biden administration.

The Chinese government is very excited about the launch of RCEP, the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement, in which 15 Asian countries participated.

China is ready to accelerate its pace to secure strategic allies by fueling the momentum to lead the world’s largest free trade agreement amid the conflict between the United States and China.

The Yomiuri Shimbun reported that Wang Yi, China’s foreign minister, is in the process of coordinating a plan to visit Japan for two days starting on the 24th of this month.

Both diplomatic authorities are still sparing talking, but Wang Yi’s visit schedule is in an atmosphere that will soon become visible.

Diplomats believe that Wang Yi is likely to visit Korea before his visit to Japan.

It appears that the Biden administration is moving one step ahead of the line of triangular alliances between China and Japan to contain China.

Accordingly, Foreign Minister Wang Yi is expected to focus on measures to strengthen relations between Korea and China after the inauguration of the Biden administration, while conveying President Xi Jinping’s willingness to visit Korea.

While President Trump’s dissatisfaction with the presidential election has not resulted in smooth regime change, China’s move toward close contact with US security allies is expected to accelerate.
