Some of the army chief executives have submitted a petition to the Army Chief of Staff Nam Young-shin to the National Human Rights Commission. The president of Nam is alleged to have violated last year’s video conference. Mr. Nam explained that the truth was distorted. Reporter Seung-yoon Lee’s exclusive report on what happened On December 21 last year, a video conference was held between the Army Chief of Staff, Nam Young-shin, and the chief executives, who are the top vice ministers of the army battalion level or higher. At the end of the year, a meeting was planned to encourage the troops, but controversy continued. On December 24, three days after the meeting, several CEOs complained to the Korean National Human Rights Commission about Mr. Nam’s comments. The CEOs are known to have claimed that moral rights were violated by saying in the petition that Officer Nam Young-shin said the officer “may speak to the noncommissioned officer.” The National Human Rights Commission also stated that it is true that it has filed a complaint and that it is the first time that this type of complaint has been filed against the Army Chief of Staff. This complaint can be interpreted from the position that for the top executives who have the longest period of service among the NCOs, they generally respect each other even if the officers have a higher rank. Army General Nam Young-shin stressed the mutual respect between the officers and the NCO, and said the junior officers should be grateful for using honorific words for the NCO. He said the words were cut off and distorted. Earlier in the Ministry of National Defense, there was a report that a captain in the ranks called a chief without a “Nim” to the vice-committee and then a controversy was raised about the lower climax, and the Ministry of Defense educated rookie officers . Amid the controversy between the army chief and the chief executive, which has since led the NHRCK, there are concerns within the army. YTN Seungyoon Lee[[email protected]]is.
