A teacher at a daycare center in Daejeon was charged with assaulting and abusing children.

On the CCTV screens of the nursery, there was a shocking scene of abuse that could not be seen.

The parents alleged that the ledger was in a rush to reduce the case, causing the damage.

The kindergarten teacher hits a boy on the head several times.

The boy sitting next to him is hit on the forehead so that his body is thrown back.

The act of successively beating the heads of two children continued.

A boy who twisted his nose and was hit on the cheek so that his body flew off had one of the masks he was wearing.

A 20-year-old teacher A was arrested on charges of abusing and beating 3-and-a-half-year-old boys at a daycare center in Daejeon.

[B 씨 / 피해 아동 어머니 : 진짜 아무렇지도 않게 따귀를 때리고 다시 또 때리는 거예요. 공부하는 그때 맞은 건데 애가 까불거리다가 맞은 것도 아니고…. 어떻게 사람이 그러냐고요. 그게 악마지.]

Police said the seven indigenous people are believed to have been harmed and they are analyzing the CCTV screens for two months.

Children have been reported to show psychological abnormalities, such as saying they don’t get sick even after seriously biting their hands.

[C 씨 / 피해 아동 어머니 : 한번 보내려고 하면 아이가 안 간다고 너무 자지러지게 울고…. 아이가 가장 슬픈 게 선생님이 나쁜데 착한 척 한다 그렇게 표현을 했어요.]

The parents of the victims enraged their children, saying that although there were days when their children had bruises on their faces and thighs, the teacher said it was a simple mistake.

[D 씨 / 피해 아동 어머니 : 미끄럼틀에서 넘어졌는데 잘 볼게요. 이렇게 해놓고 자기가 꼬집어 놓고 약 발라 놓고 한 거잖아요. 몰라줬으니까 얼마나 공포스럽고 무서웠겠어요.]

In addition, the owner of the nursery insisted that the damage was due to the passive verification of the closed circuit television and the failure to adequately report the related facts.

[E 씨 / 피해 아동 아버지 : (원장에게) 5번을 요청했어요. 피해가 심각하니까 (부모를) 다 불러줘라. 그런데 안 불러주시더라고요. (피해를 본) 다른 애는 없다고 했는데…. 은폐 축소를 한 거예요. 너무 분통합니다.]

The victims’ parents posted a message in the Blue House petition calling for severe punishment for the teacher and principal.

Police said they plan to call the nursery director to investigate, and if neglect is revealed, they plan to build more.
