[전국]”I put gas at the gas station, but my car broke down” … damaged dozens of diesel cars

At two gas stations along the Chungnam National Highway, diesel cars were smashed with oil.

Damaged drivers suspect damage caused by fake oil, and the sample analysis was also found not to meet diesel quality standards.

On the 21st, Kim Ji-ae, who put oil in a diesel car at a gas station in Nonsan, Chungcheongnam-do, suffered a dizzying adventure three days later.

I was carrying three small children, and suddenly the car started shaking, and even though I kept pressing the gas pedal, the speed dropped.

When I just took the car to a repair shop, it was confirmed that there was a problem with the fuel system, such as an exhaust gas reduction device.

Similar cases of damage followed at other gas stations in nearby Gongju.

Dozens of car owners complained about the damage and reported to police that they had sold fake oil at two gas stations.

These gas stations are located on the national highway connecting Gongju and Nonsan, and are in a state of closure due to subsequent damage.

Some drivers said a new car that was a month old from the factory was broken and that two dump trucks had a problem and paid 30 million won for the repair.

Some repairs are not possible at all, as damaged cars are crammed into Nonsan and Gongju repair centers, and supply and demand for parts is also attached.

The Korean Petroleum Institute said the oil samples sold by the two filling stations were found not to meet quality standards.

He also said he plans to conduct more scrutiny to analyze the exact composition.
