That day, 22 people tested positive at a sports facility that also served as a public toilet in Saha-gu, Busan.

An epidemiological investigation revealed that infected people in an entertainment establishment were using the facilities.

Since the 24th of last month, infections mediated by entertainment establishments have spread enormously across Busan.

So far, the number of related confirmed cases is approaching 200.

There are more than one hundred entertainment establishments in Busan where confirmed cases have appeared or have passed.

The city of Busan is in a rush to raise its social distancing to stage two and then conduct a full-scale on-site inspection of entertainment establishments this weekend.

All available personnel, such as local governments and the police, are mobilized to verify quarantine regulations and business hours of more than 4,100 entertainment establishments.

In addition, an administrative order has been issued for employees of entertainment establishments and those who have used entertainment establishments after mid-March.

As the number of confirmed cases increases rapidly, the City of Busan is operating additional life treatment centers and is seeking the cooperation of nearby local governments in preparation for the bed shortage.

In Gyeongsan, Gyeongsangbuk-do, group infections from nursing homes for the elderly are spreading.

The infection flared up not only in the nursing home in the same building, but also in another nursing home in the annex.

Seven additional people tested positive and the cumulative number of confirmed patients reached 30.

In Daejeon, 5 new people were confirmed in connection with religious gatherings.

There are 5 members between the ages of 40 and 70, and they are all members of a small church in Gunsan, Jeollabuk-do.

It was discovered that they had held religious meetings since 23 last month in Daejeon, Jeonju and Hoengseong in Gangwon-do.
