Former Mayor Oh Geo-don arrived in court 40 minutes before the substantive examination began.

Mayor Oh, dressed in a simple suit, rushed into the courthouse without saying a word.

The arrest warrant requested by the police was accused of forcibly harassing an employee at the office.

Due to this incident in early April, Mayor Oh held a press conference on April 23, admitted the harassment, and resigned.

At the time, the court dismissed the warrant, saying it was hard to believe there was a reason for the arrest, including the fact that the case was heavy, but the evidence was secured and Mayor Oh acknowledged the crime, and it’s hard to say. that there is a concern about destruction of evidence and leakage.

In April, the prosecution caught a different case of sexual assault than the case of forcing the office.

In November and December 2018, he was accused of abusing or attempting to sexually assault another employee.

In addition, it is known that this arrest warrant has also been charged with the former mayor’s attempt to destroy related evidence.

The prosecution, which took over the case from the police in August, seized and searched the Busan city hall on 20 last month, and people close to the former mayor also called prosecutors to investigate.
