The total site of the Hansol Papertech plant is 32,000 square meters.

Of this, only 25% of the general industrial area is.

All others belong to the restricted area of ​​development.

However, it was revealed that Hansol Papertech had constructed illegal buildings in restricted development areas without notice or permission.

Since 2018, more than 50 illegal acts have been found on Hansol Papertech’s site on three occasions.

The steel frame works were attached to the outer wall of the factory building at will.

The place that used to be a parking lot was used to pile up trash.

Last year 29 corrective orders were issued, but only 11 were implemented.

Hansol Papertech explained that the law was revised and the installation was fundamental, or that the essential installation for the operation of the factory was built.

He explained the reason for filing a lawsuit, saying: “If it is unclear if it is illegal or if you are concerned about the adverse effects on the surrounding environment by following a corrective order, a legal trial is necessary.
